Having a baby and a big kid is so much fun. For everyone involved.
(Except when the big kid has a temper tantrum in the middle of the night in which she loudly requests "I WANT YOU TO READ ME A BOOK!" roughly sixty eight times, waking up every member of the family. But that's not what this post is supposed to be about.)
We have a new family game. The rules are somewhat ambiguous, but the gist is this: everybody has to put their hands on their head. Genevieve is the instigator - when we notice she has her hands on her head, we all scurry to do the same.
This makes us all laugh hysterically. It also makes us walk around with slightly sticky hair, because many of our Hands On Your Head matches are played during dinnertime.
